Key Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• HRIS & payroll software management
• Labor law & employee relations
• High-volume recruitment strategies

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition & onboarding
• Manage performance appraisals (KPIs)
• Enforce labor law compliance & grievance handling

Job Qualification

• Minimum Education: BA degree in Human Resource Management, Public Admin, or related field
• Experience Required: 4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in MFI network
• Duty Station: Head Office Bahir Dar
• Salary/Allowance: 34k+ Allowances
