Job Summary

The Senior Electro-Mechanical Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining electro-mechanical systems within the Bank’s facilities, including HVAC, elevators, power systems, and mechanical equipment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise installation and maintenance of electro-mechanical systems

• Ensure efficient operation of HVAC and mechanical systems

• Conduct system inspections and preventive maintenance

• Manage contractors and service providers

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

• Prepare maintenance plans and cost estimates

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures

• Maintain documentation and operational reports

Required Competencies

• Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems

• HVAC system management experience

• Preventive maintenance planning

• Problem-solving and leadership skills

• Good communication and coordination ability

Required Educational Qualification & Experience:

• M.Sc. Degree with 5 years of related work experience
  OR

• B.Sc. Degree with 7 years of related work experience

• Field of study: Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields
