Position Title: Senior Electrician – in the department of manufacturing

Duty Station: Bole Lemi Industrial Park, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Position Summary

Main duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems within the manufacturing facility.
• Lead a team of electricians, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance system reliability.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

Job Requirements

• BSc degree in Electrical Department.
• Proven experience as a Senior Electrician in a manufacturing environment.
• Salary : Negotiation
• Extensive knowledge of high-voltage systems and electrical safety protocols.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
