Job Objective:
To coordinate role in executing assigned tasks and to coach junior and new staff of the department.
Job Description
- Education: MA/BA Degree in Marketing Management, Management, Business Administration, Economics or other business-related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 6/8 years banking experience, of which 4 years in the area of Digital Marketing.
2. Main Duties and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the division manager in making sure data -driven marketing strategy is designed in using the bank’s official digital promotional platforms.
- Play role in manage inter-departmental and external team interaction.
- Prepare periodical reports of the division.
- Manage the promotional expenses related to digital marketing.
- Develop content for social media posts.
- Write blogs for posts on the bank’s website and social media platforms.
- Serve as a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) specialist.
- Prepare the Bank’s annual digital media plan.
- Serve as operations manager
- Edit graphics designs.
- Serve as digital marketing analyst.
- Serve as Social Media Community Manager.
- Coache the division’s Officers and Junior Officers.
- Work with management to review campaign performance KPIs; provide feedback and recommend
solutions for improvements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
