Senior Customer Service Officer – Accounts I/ POOL Full Time NEW

 Job Summary:

• The Senior Customer Service Officer- Accounts I, will provide front office customer service support at the branch. S/he will handle account management transactions, respond to customer enquiries, and handle cash and non-transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Technical Competencies

• Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
• Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.
• Ability to respond to basic client enquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and good command of Microsoft
