The Senior Customer Service Officer Cash/ Accounts will provide front office customer service support at the branch. S/he will handle account management transactions, respond to customer enquiries, handle cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
About You
- Education: BSC, BA Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration , Banking & Finance & related
- Experience : 5 years’ experience in relevant position in the banking industry of which a minimum of a one year experience as Senior Customer Service Officer or related Position
