About the Role

We are seeking a capable and proactive Senior Associate – Learning & Development to join our People & Culture team.

The role will support the development and implementation of learning and development initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities, professional growth, leadership development, and knowledge sharing across the firm.

The successful candidate will work closely with People & Culture, Partners, Directors, Managers, and Service Line leaders to identify learning needs, coordinate development programs, support professional certifications and career development, and provide meaningful L&D data and insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the annual Learning & Development plan and training calendar.
• Conduct and coordinate Training Needs Assessments in collaboration with managers and service-line leaders.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs, including scheduling, logistics, communication, and documentation.
• Support technical, professional, leadership, and management development initiatives.
• Coordinate professional certification, continuing professional development, and career development programs.
• Support employees and managers with Individual Development Plans and other development opportunities.
• Coordinate mentoring, coaching, knowledge-sharing, and peer-learning initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback to improve learning programs.
• Maintain accurate employee training, certification, and development records.
• Maintain L&D dashboards, reports, and analytics for management.
• Support the identification and management of external training providers.
• Monitor training budgets, costs, and related documentation.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
• Provide guidance to employees on available learning and development opportunities.
• Support other People & Culture and organizational development initiatives as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Training, Human Resources, Talent Development, or a related area.
• Experience coordinating learning and development programs in a consulting, professional services, audit, advisory, or other knowledge-intensive organization is an advantage.
• Experience with training needs assessment, employee development, training evaluation, and L&D reporting.
• Professional certification in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related discipline is an advantage.
