As the School Secretary, you will be the central hub of communication and administration. You will ensure the smooth running of the front office, provide outstanding service to all visitors, and offer vital support to our administration, teachers, and families.
Front Office & Communication:
Serve as the first point of contact: greet visitors, students, and parents warmly and professionally.
Manage a multi-line phone system: answer, screen, and direct calls; take clear, accurate messages.
Monitor and respond to general email inquiries in a timely manner.
Manage school-wide communications, including announcements, newsletters, and notices.

A high school diploma is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
0 to 3 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or office support role. Recent graduates and career starters are highly encouraged.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Professional and courteous demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook; Google Workspace).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a sometimes busy environment.
A positive, “can-do” attitude and a genuine desire to be part of an educational community.
Requirements:
Must successfully pass a background check.
Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
