Sales Supervisor Full Time

Job Description

The sales supervior will be accountable for achieving assigned team sales target and conducting supervisory duties that involves the coordination of activities to ensure that operational demands are catered for. The sales supervisor is expected to deal with multiple parties in the work place such as, internal colleagues and external customers as part of managing operations. The supervisor will be able to multitask and is capable of interacting well with customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customers orders.
2. Build support and commitment within the team.
3. Manage service quality and customer satisfaction.
4. Monitor stock availablities.
5. Supervise retail operations and retail staff.
6. Lead and motivate team to contribute for productivity.

7. Coach the team for best performance.
8. Work in harmony with other departments.
9. Perform activities assigned by manager.
10. Identifying sales opportunities and presenting benefits and key features of products effectively to acquire new business.
11. Leading, managing, motivating and supervising agent sales team to implement the company’s sales strategy and meet agreed targets.
12. Presenting and selling company products and services to new and existing agents.

Requirements

1. Age: Under 32 years old
2. Gender – Male

3. BA degree in sales, marketing, business adminstration or related fields.
4. 2 years and above on hand experience working as sales supervisor.
5. Work Location – Addis Abeba
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal communication.( English mandatory)
7. Excellent selling skills, people oriented and ability to motivate team.
8. Stong organizational skills and multitasking skill.
9. Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
