Job Summary

CCECC Ethiopian Branch is seeking a skilled and experienced Python Full-Stack Software Engineer to develop and maintain an office workflow management system.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying secure, role-based workflow applications to support organizational processes. The role requires strong expertise in backend and frontend development, database management, and system deployment, ensuring high performance, scalability, and compliance with best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a web-based office workflow management system

• Implement user roles, approval processes, task tracking, and reporting features

• Design, develop, and manage database structures

• Integrate REST APIs and notification systems

• Deploy, monitor, and support the application on Linux servers

• Ensure system security, scalability, and performance optimization

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve system functionality

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience in full-stack development
• Strong experience in Python web frameworks (Django preferred)
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL)
• Proven experience building secure and scalable web applications
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and technical documentation skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience customizing ERP or workflow management platforms
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React or Vue
• Experience in deployment, system administration, and Linux environments
