The Market and Cash Based Officer is a key player in executing the planning, implementing, coordinating, financial service provider evaluations, and cash transfer beneficiary targeting, monitoring and evaluation of market and cash-based interventions in CARE’s JEOP operational areas. The incumbent will station in CARE’s JEOP project areas of Borana, East Hararge, West Hararge and Tigray. The officer collaborates closely with local partners, government offices, and financial service providers to ensure the successful implementation of Cash Transfer Programming (CTP) and the attainment of project objectives.

VII. WORKING CONDITIONS AND LEVEL OF TRAVEL REQUIRED. The Market and Cash Based Officer shall be based in CARE’s JEOP project areas of Borana, East Hararge, West Hararge & Tigray with more than 50% field travel to project woredas.
