Project Accountant/Administration & Finance Assistant Full Time NEW

Job Summary

The purpose of the position is to plan, organize, direct, coordinate and supervise finance/accounting, personnel administration, general services & logistics of the unit of assignment.  The incumbent provides effective & efficient support and advice to the coordinator and other team members on management matters as required.  He/she also manages the day-to-day activities of some financial routines, coding, posting, and preparation of timely and accurate periodic financial reports.  The incumbent also ensures compliance with the relevant policies, & procedures, tracks project budgets, & verifies the accuracy & completeness of financial transactions.

Job Requirement

• Qualification: Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience: At least 6 years relevant experience

• Proficiency in standard application soft wares, including financial management applications

Terms of employment:  Seven months contract

Salary: As per the organization’s scale

Duty Station:  Yabello, Borana  Zone, Oromia NRS.
