Program Learning Officer Full Time

Job Description:

• The Program Learning Officer will lead knowledge management efforts, ensuring lessons learned and best practices are captured and disseminated to improve project outcomes.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Document and disseminate best practices, success stories, and lessons learned.
• Organize learning events, workshops, and cross-site exchanges to promote knowledge sharing.
• Maintain a repository of project resources and reports.
• Work together with Implementation officer and M&E officer to learn, document, and continuously improve project implementation approaches
• Delivering other tasks as given by the project manager

Station: Addis Ababa, with frequent travel to high-caseload health facilities

REPORTS TO: Project Manager

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

• Master’s degree in health science required with at least two years of experience in the area of program learning or related RMNCH roles

Skills:

• Strong report-writing and documentation skills.
• Experience in organizing and facilitating learning events.
• Experience in electronic data collection software such as ODK, kobo
• Skilled in data interpretation, communication, and use for service improvement
