We are looking for a Program Coordinator to provide program coordination support in the rollout, coordination, and monitoring of a community rooted RMNCH-N program. The coordinator will ensure implementation coherence with national RMNCH-N priorities, strengthen provider capacity, and champion the delivery of high-quality, client-centered services. By reinforcing service delivery systems, resolving operational challenges, and fostering strong stakeholder engagement, this role will be central to expanding access, increasing service uptake, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of RMNCH-N interventions across Ethiopia.
Working closely with PSI Ethiopia’s program leadership, the Ministry of Health, Regional Health Bureaus, Woreda Health Offices, health facilities, and community platforms, the coordinator will oversee field-level implementation of RMNCH activities and support the availability and use of essential tools, guidelines, and job aids. The role will support the data analysis and visualization efforts, apply monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) insights to identify and address service delivery gaps, and promote evidence-based, adaptive program management. The coordinator will also cultivate and maintain partnerships with government and non-government actors, document and disseminate best practices, and provide strategic inputs to guide the sustainable provision of RMNCH-N services nationwide.
