Professional Research Assistant (Remote, Short-Term) Freelance

Job Overview:

We are seeking three highly skilled research assistants to collaborate on ongoing research paper in the field of machine learning and neural networks. This is a fully remote, short-term contract for two months, requiring close collaboration and milestone check-ins twice per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with writing and contributing to ongoing research paper.
• Collaborate effectively on technical and academic aspects of the project.

Job Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, neural networks, or deep learning.
• An MSc or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in thesis or dissertation writing, having authored at least two theses/dissertations.
• Practical expertise in image classification and/or music recommendation systems.
• Knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud services is a bonus.

Job Details:

• Contract Duration: 2 months (fully remote).
•  Collaboration: Twice-weekly milestone reviews and team meetings.
• Salary: 50,000 ETB net per month.
• Number of Positions Available: 02
