Principal – IT Quality Assurance and Change Management Officer (Re-advertised) Full Time NEW

Job Summary

The job holder is responsible for coordinating IT quality assurance and change management activities. S/he ensures that quality issues are assessed and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked and resolved. S/he reviews quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. S/he supports in the IT change management initiatives and strategies across the Bank. S/he validates if comprehensive and well-structured test cases are provided by the responsible custodians. S/he will also collaborate with project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure that IT related changes are effectively implemented and adopted.

Qualification & Experience

• BSc Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields plus a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in IT, software development, quality inspection, auditing and testing, project management and banking areas.
• Masters in IT related field (an added advantage).
• Professional certificates in ITIL Foundation and quality assurance areas including quality auditor, quality engineer, quality improvement associate and six sigma (as an added advantage).
