Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Online Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, engaging with potential customers, and closing deals to drive company revenue. You will work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Appear on TikTok live shows to promote and showcase products in an engaging and the viewers are Americans.
• Describe products in detail, emphasizing key features, benefits, and how they meet customer needs.
• Encourage viewers to make purchases during the live show by highlighting special offers, discounts, or exclusive deals.
• Interact with viewers in real-time by answering questions, addressing concerns, and creating a friendly, engaging atmosphere.
• Use live-streaming tools and platforms to guide viewers through the purchasing process during the live session.
• Work flexible hours to accommodate multiple live streaming shifts, ensuring coverage during peak viewing times.

Job Requirements:

• English Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with clear pronunciation and no accent that might hinder communication.

• Appearance & Personality: Good looking ,Presentable with a friendly and outgoing personality. Comfortable being on camera for live shows or video calls with customers.

• Quick Learner & Hardworking: Ability to learn quickly about new products and sales strategies. Must be hardworking, self-motivated, and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
