Multimedia Content Creator for E-Learning Full Time NEW

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative Digital Multimedia Content Creator E-Learning to design, develop, and produce engaging online learning materials for our language and skills development programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in video production, instructional design, multimedia content creation, and familiarity with learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Produce, shoot, and edit engaging video content for e-learning courses
•  Create multimedia elements such as audio and animation
• Create and edit visual slide decks and info-graphics
• Convert written educational content into interactive and engaging e-learning modules
•  Develop courses using LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
• Collaborate with content writers and teachers to ensure content accuracy and quality.
• Design and structure e-learning modules for instruction and other educational content.

Job Requirement

• Proven experience in video production, editing and multimedia production
• Preferably, Instructional Design or LXD certification
• Familiarity with video recording equipment, lighting, and audio setup
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Camtasia, or similar softwares
• Proficiency in Afaan Oromo, Amharic and English
• Ability to design clean visual slides and infographics (Canva, Illustrator, or PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with e-learning tools such as Articulate, Moodle, H5P, Google Workspace, or Canva
• Experience working on educational or e-learning content is a plus
