Monitoring & Evaluation Officer Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) activities
• Ensure quality program implementation, data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Support planning, documentation, and stakeholder coordination
• Promote youth engagement, gender equality, and safeguarding
• Provide technical support and capacity building to project staff

Job Requirement

• Education: BA/MA in Economics, Statistics, Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, or related fields Minimum:
• Experience:
  • 10 years’ experience (BA) or 6 years’ experience (MA)
  • At least 4 years of direct experience in Monitoring & Evaluation
  • Experience in livelihood, agribusiness, value chain, or youth employment programs is an asset

Skills Required

• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and statistical software
