About the Role
We are seeking a confident, results-driven Marketing & Sales Specialist for our online language school. The ideal candidate is a fast-learning, proactive, fluent in Afaan Oromoo, with strong marketing skills. You will focus on reaching out to potential customers, converting leads, and planning impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to attract and convert clients.
- Actively reach out to potential customers and manage sales pipelines.
- Create engaging social media content and campaigns to drive growth.
- Plan and implement strategies to expand our customer base.
Requirements
- Fluent in Afaan Oromoo
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in marketing and lead conversion.
- Confident, proactive, and ready to grow with the company.
- Fast learner with a results-oriented mindset
