Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote MarHiwot MCH Center’s services, enhance brand visibility, and attract new clients. The ideal candidate should have creative marketing skills, strategic thinking ability, and a strong understanding of the healthcare service market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans and promotional campaigns.

• Manage the center’s social media platforms and digital presence.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client needs.

• Design and distribute promotional materials and advertisements.

• Strengthen relationships with partners, clients, and the community.

• Coordinate marketing events, health campaigns, and outreach activities.

• Monitor and report marketing performance metrics to management.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any field (Marketing or related background preferred).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing; experience in private health institutions is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Creative mindset with strong digital marketing and social media management skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
