Manager, Upcountry Claims Division Manager

Job Requirement

Qualification:

• BA/BSC/MA/MSC/MBA Degree from a recognized institution in Management, Accounting, Economics or related field of study

Experience:

• Must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience in core insurance operations with at least 4-year service at supervisory or managerial level out of which at least 2 years in managerial post relating with claim settlement operations.

• Communicate information and ideas in speaking and writing so others will understand.
• Good piece of competency in leadership and working in team
• Good level of skill in negotiation
• Manage projects and program objectives
• Ability to show courtesy while serving customers
• High moral standard and ethical value
• Knowledge of commercial law and insurance legal and regulatory environment
• Perseverance to work under immense pressure
