Under the supervision of the Director, Human Capital Management Department, the Division Manager plans; organizes, directs, coordinates and controls the talent acquisition and onboarding functions and activities of the Bank. Initiate systems, and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition and onboarding activities of the bank; undertake human capital planning of the bank; implement Talent Acquisition and Onboarding policies and procedures of the bank. Play a leading role in overseeing the process of sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified individuals to fill open positions within the bank.
