Job Summary
Under the Chief Information Officer, the IT Security Division Manager directs the bank’s IT security operations, developing and enforcing policies for hardware, software, databases, and networks. The role oversees daily IT protection, ensures staff receive proper security training, and maintains the integrity of all IT assets, playing a key role in preventing security incidents and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Job Requirements
- Master’s/Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or other closely related fields.
- For Master’s degree holders: A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking sector, of which at least 2 years must be in a principal position or 3 years in senior position. For Bachelor’s degree holders: A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking sector, of which at least 3 years must be in a principal position or 4 years in senior position.
