Manager- ATM Maintenance Division Full Time NEW

Job Description

• Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the bank’s ATM to ensure they are functioning correctly.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure the reliability of ATMs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ATM related issues, coordinating with technical teams to resolve problems promptly.
• Ensure that all ATM software and hardware are up to-date and functioning efficiently.
• Implement and maintain security protocols and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Track and analyze ATM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on ATM performance, maintenance activities, and key issues to senior management.
• Provide training and support to the ATM maintenance team to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Ensure that team members are aware of the la test technologies and best Practices in ATM maintenance.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with ATM maintenance and operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to ensure the bank’s ATM network remains competitive and efficient.

Job Requirements

1. 1st Degree (BSc) in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Computer Engineering/MIS/ Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Maintenance Engineering or Related Fields with 9 years of experience and 6 Years Demonstrable Years’ Experience in ATM Maintenance.
