Job Summary

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide support to departments and programme team in the preparation of various Project Proposals, Grant agreements documents and correspondence with different regional and federal stakeholders.
• Prepare material/slides in PowerPoint for presentation in close collaboration with Project Coordination Team.
• Draft and prepare correspondence as deemed necessary.
• Develop and maintain an efficient filing of Project Operations for the Project Coordination Office.
• Maintain and organize up-to date hard and electronic copies of the various Project reports, Grant applications, plan of operations etc.
• Represent departments and programme team to communicate with government stakeholders and other partners pertaining to Project Coordination Office

Job Requirement

• Qualifications: MA or MBA.  (In Project Planning or Business Administration)
• Work Experience:  A Minimum of 3 years proven work experience as a Management Assistant or Program Assistant or similar role.
• Gender: Female

Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional telephone, fax and email etiquette
• Excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficient).
• Language: A good command of speaking & writing Amharic, English, German or any other foreign language

Salary:   Negotiable

Terms of Employment:  Yearly renewable contract

Duty stations:  Program Coordination Office, Addis Ababa
