Legal Advisor Full Time

Job Purpose:
To provide high-level legal advice to the Bank, ensure compliance with legal frameworks, and review contracts and policies.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal opinions to senior management.

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements.

• Ensure the Bank’s operations comply with national laws.

• Guide departments on legal interpretations and regulatory issues.

• Support in policy development.

Qualification:

• LLB Degree in Law

• 7 years relevant legal experience
