The position holder prepares standard formats used for his/her work and applied it after approved by his immediate supervisor;
Monitor real-time data to identify delays or discrepancies in item movement; racks and traces domestic & international shipments status;
Conduct quality checks at various processing stages (e.g., sorting, handling) to ensure compliance with established standards. Identify and address any handling errors or damage to items during processing;
Maintain comprehensive records of quality assessments, incident reports, and corrective actions taken;
Conduct periodic quality measurements on domestic and international postal items and measure the customer service quality (Customer lead-time) on counter windows; and analyze the measurement results based on the KPIs set out;
Generate regular reports on quality metrics and highlighting areas for improvement & submit for his immediate supervisor;
Assess the performance to ensure timely and accurate delivery of items; and analyze delivery metrics such as on-time performance, missed deliveries, and customer complaints related to delivery issues.

Degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field, with zero years of experience or College Diploma + TVET level IV with 2 years of experience.
