We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Office Administrator to support the smooth and efficient running of our office. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, document management, and coordination duties while ensuring a professional and organized work environment.
Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments
Maintain and update office records and databases
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and taking meeting minutes
0–2 years of experience in an office or administrative role
Basic computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under supervision
Professional attitude and a willingness to learn
