About the Role
We are looking for a proactive & energetic Marketing & Customer Support Coordinator to handle our content, social media, sales, and customer management. This role is ideal for a multitasker who can create compelling campaigns while managing sales pipelines and class coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Develop engaging marketing contents and social media
- Identify and engage potential students through targeted outreach
- Serve as the primary contact for student inquiries
- Resolve issues, provide program details, and ensure a positive experience
- Follow up with potential students to drive conversions
- Organize class schedules, enrollments, and student records
- Track attendance, feedback, and performance metrics
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Fresh graduate up to 1 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Amharic and Afaan Oromo
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive, etc.)
- Familiarity with graphics design tools ( Photoshop, Canva or other tools)
- Ability to work independently, stay organized and meet deadline
