Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR Manager in managing day-to-day HR operations.
• Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Help in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Manage employee records and update database as necessary.
• Facilitate communication between the HR Manager and construction site labor teams, as well as the sales and marketing department.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
•  Help with payroll processing and maintaining attendance records.
• Participate in training and development programs for staff.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR role.
•  Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
