Junior Contact Center Officer Full Time NEW

Purpose of the Job: To ensure customer satisfaction through selling the bank’s products and services, collecting customer feedbacks, and promptly responding to customer queries.

Generic Functions:

• Provide the required assistance in all activities of the work unit
• Properly maintain important files/records and avail when required
• Engage in teamwork, collaboration, and transparency work practices
• Adhere to internal control system and risk management program of the Bank
• Handle other related generic activities as deemed necessary

Specific Functions:

• Collect overall feedback from the customers on the efficiency of the customer service process and report for subsequent actions
• Sell the bank’s products and services
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and effective and escalate critical issues to the concerned organ and follow up the status
• Manage appointments, enquiries or complaints from customers
• Handle other related duties as assigned by his/her supervisor

• Qualification: BA in Business Management, Economics, Business Administration, Finance and Economics or any other related fields
• Experience: One/1-year experience in relevant fields preferably in Banking industry.
