THE ROLE: We are seeking a qualified and motivated Finance Assistant to support the financial management of the Returnee Project. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial recording, budget monitoring, and compliance with donor regulations.
Job Requirement
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in NGO or migration-related projects.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of accounting software, Peachtree, Understanding of donor-funded project financial management and MS Excel.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English. Proficiency in Amharic is required.

Reports To: Finance Head/Deputy Finance Head
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
