Job Description
We are looking for a basic IT support professional who is good with computers and system troubleshooting. This role is not a developer position.
The main responsibility is to perform system diagnostics and resolve customer and employee IT-related issues by checking and working through our internal system.
Short training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system-related issues
- Provide IT support to customers and internal staff
- Resolve issues through system checks and monitoring
- Work on-site and provide remote support when required
Requirements:
- Good understanding of computers, systems, and basic IT troubleshooting
- Able to learn quickly (training will be provided)
- Responsible, reliable, and problem-solving oriented
- Comfortable working both on-site and remotely
Compensation:
- Well compensated (based on skills and availability)
