Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager, IT Security Division, the IT Security Officer safeguards the bank’s information assets and technology environment by implementing, monitoring, and continually enhancing security controls. The role focuses on threat prevention, incident detection and response, vulnerability management, and the enforcement of security policies in alignment with regulatory requirements. Overall the Incumbent is also responsible in reducing cyber risk and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the bank’s systems and data.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or other closely related fields.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking sector, of which at least 1 year in a junior position.
