At the Ethiopian Gospel Believers’ Churches Council, we’re on a mission to spread hope and salvation throughout Ethiopia. Our coalition of churches is dedicated to utilizing technology to amplify our message and reach. We’re currently seeking an IT Professional with a focus on social media and website management to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and providing technical support when needed.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to safeguard our systems and data integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement technology solutions that support our mission and objectives.
• Take charge of our social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement strategies to expand our reach and impact.
• Oversee the organization’s website, ensuring that content is up-to-date, engaging, and aligns with our mission and branding.
• Monitor website traffic and social media analytics, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize our online presence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT roles, with demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure management.
• Proficiency in social media management and website administration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
