Job Summary

Essential Function 

• Execute IS and digital banking audits in accordance with the approved audit plan.
• Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of IT controls, core banking systems, and digital banking platforms.
• Conduct IT risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities, control gaps, and risk exposures.
• Review IT governance, system development, change management, and IT operational processes.
• Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely resolution and improvement of controls.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirement

• Education and Work Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Audit, IS Audit, Digital Banking Audit, IT Risk, or related junior auditing and IT roles, Professional Certifications and Training: Certifications such as CISA, Lead ISO 27001 audit, CIA and relevant cybersecurity or digital banking certifications or local/professional trainings are highly advantageous.

Salary: as per the Bank’s scale

Place of Work: Addis Ababa
