The HR Officer provides general day-to-day HR support across EngenderHealth Integrated RMNCH+PPFP scaleup at high case load facilities project
as part of the function in relation to all HR, employee Benefits, training and development and other administration for the project employees employees in compliance with statutory obligations and best practice. Assisting the Senior HR Manager with general HR matters, including reviewing and developing relevant EH policies and procedures and providing advice in relation to employee performance, conduct and absence management.
