Human Resource Officer Full Time

Essential Functions:

Job Position: Human Resource Officer

Purpose of the Job: To effectively implement HR strategies and policy in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance, while also fostering a positive organizational culture, boosting employee engagement, and driving initiatives that support business objectives.

Generic Functions:

• Participates in HR planning and various HR study and design activities
• Participate in the HR policy revision and or development
• Participate in the human resource development need analysis
• Participates in various HR studies
• Preform other duties as required

Specific Functions:

• Handles payments (internal & External), benefits and various requests of employees;
• Facilitate and process promotion, transfer and external recruitment;
• Arrange various human resource development programs and
• Conduct post training evaluation
• Preform other duties as required

Job Requirement:

• Qualification: BA in HRM, Management, Business Administration, and related fields.
• Experience: 3 years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry of which 1 year as Junior HR officer.
