Job Summary

The HR Officer is responsible for managing human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Manage attendance, leave, and personnel files

• Support performance appraisal and employee development programs

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters

• Prepare HR reports and support management decisions

• Coordinate training and capacity-building activities

Qualifications

• BA in Management

Experience

• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience

• Age: Above 30 years

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor law

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of confidentiality and professionalism

• Organizational and problem-solving skills

• Computer proficiency (HR records, MS Office)
