Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Officer to manage and support all HR operations in our construction company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (engineers, site staff, admin, etc.)
Handle onboarding and orientation for new employees
Maintain and update employee records and HRIS
Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management
Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts
Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations
Coordinate training programs and skill development initiatives
Prepare HR reports, maintain documentation, and support audits
Support site HR activities and liaise between site and head office
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a construction or project-based environment
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle site HR operations and multitask effectively
