HR Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with 10-15 years of proven experience, particularly in managing human resources within the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling site labor employees and will be responsible for overseeing HR functions that support our workforce in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process for site labor employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Oversee employee relations, providing guidance on grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the construction industry.
• Develop training programs to enhance employee skill sets and career development.
• Monitor and manage employee performance and talent management processes.
• Collaborate with site managers to ensure HR policies are effectively implemented.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting systems for site labor employees.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workforce.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10-15 years of HR experience, with a focus on the construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing a diverse workforce, particularly site labor employees.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations specific to construction.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
