Head, PMEL Department is responsible for Design, implement, and manage a robust PMEL system that enables NEBE to plan, monitor and evaluate its performance, learn from past experiences, and continuously improve its electoral processes and operations with the overall mission to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of NEBE’s overall performance.
