Brief Description

• Responsible to manage graphic design development for digital, print media, outdoor and other print materials.
• -Responsible for the creation and development of creative motion graphics communication content, for the right channel of communication as per the communication plan.
• -Responsible for the creation of creative digital communication contents.

Contribute to the development/creation of graphic content, work in the delivery of high quality of creative design to make the communication materials more appealing and build the company’s image

-Deliver proficient digital or print communication contents design so as to increase the reachability of Ethio telecom’s both corporate and commercial messages by attracting readers attention.

-Ethio telecom’s digital & print communication materials look & feel is perfectly produced as per the branding guideline in all communication productions (print, electronic, social media, web, outdoor communication etc.).

-Proper coordination with other stakeholders and team members for effective deliverables.

-Communication designs are consistent and reflects the organization’s strategic vision and business objective.

-Provide support to visual communication needs and services.

-Create graphic design according to company brand guidelines in order to achieve desired results.

-Develop design concepts and methods to produce graphic artwork and publishing elements for poster designs, newspaper, advertisements, motion video graphics, websites, TV commercials, point of purchase marketing materials, event calendars, etc.

-Conduct research and prepare specifications for graphic design, colours, materials and presentations.

-Consult with clients and department staff requesting for artwork creation, planning and development for a better result.

-Understand design requirements and produce graphic work accordingly.

-Work in collaboration with content developers or other staff for technical guidance or to coordinate production of graphic materials.

-Provide suggestions and ideas to improve design materials.

-Use various technologies and mediums to produce the best graphic works.

-Remain updated with new technologies, theories, practices, and techniques related to graphic design.

-Maintain database of images and graphic design and artwork as records and future reference Report to the senior management periodically about the status of the project and or the tasks accomplished on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

-Manage and deliver graphic projects within established timelines and budget.

Job Requirements

• Masters in graphic design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, IT, or Architecture With at least 2 years experience in Graphics Design activities.
• NB Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, ln Design, and After Effects, along with strong familiarity with creative Al tools, is a significant advantage. Basic experience working with printing houses, advertising agencies, or similar creative organizations is highly desirable
• BSc Degree or level V with COC Graphic Design, Graphic design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, IT, or Architecture with at least 3 years experience in Graphics Design activities.
• NB Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, ln Design, and After Effects, along with strong familiarity with creative Al tools, is a significant advantage. Basic experience working with printing houses, advertising agencies, or similar creative organizations is highly desirable
