Job Summary

Job Purpose

To support the Bank’s effective service delivery to customers and ensure customers are served with a due care and maximum efficiency.

Job Requirement

• Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing and other Banking business related fields.
• CGPA 2.75 and above
• Only 2024 & 2025 graduates can apply
• Age < 25
• Exit Exam result ≥ 50
• COC (for Level IV) is mandatory
• Work experience is not required

Salary: As Per The Banks Salary Scale & Attractive

Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required and compulsory

Location: Hawasa District (Werka,Bensa Deye,Adola,Shinshicho,Jinka Branches.)
