Position: Graduate Design Engineer (Trainee)

As A Graduate Design Engineer Trainee Specializing in Pipeline Design for Petro-Chemical and Other Industrial Works, You Will Have the Opportunity to Contribute to Challenging Projects and Play a Vital Role in The Growth and Success of Our Organization. You Will Receive Comprehensive Training and Mentorship to Enhance Your Technical Skills and Gain Practical Experience in Pipeline Engineering.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

1. Assisting Senior Engineers in The Design, Testing, and Implementation of Pipeline Engineering Solutions;
2. Conducting Thorough Analysis to Support Project Development and Decision-Making Processes;
3. Actively Participating in Project Planning and Execution, Ensuring Adherence to Timelines and Quality Standards;
4. Collaborating With Cross- Border (China, East Asia, Middle East and Africa), Cross-Discipline and Cross-Functional Teams to Ensure the Overall Success of Different Projects;
5. Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues That Arise During the Design and Implementation Phases;
6. Adhering Strictly to Safety Guidelines and Industry-Specific Regulations;
7. Documenting Project Progress Comprehensively and Preparing Reports to Communicate Findings and Outcomes Effectively;
8. Learning Design Methods and Implementing the Learnt Knowledge in Different Project Assigned.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant engineering disciplines (Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering);
• Applicants from;

• Chinese Universities are also highly encouraged to apply.
• Ethiopia: AAU (AAIT), AASTU, ASTU, BDU, AMU (Arbaminch Campus only), MIT, MU, UU are highly encouraged to apply.
• Requiring a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher for male and 2.8 or higher for female candidates with strong communications results and Aptitude results in their secondary Education Finalizations exams and their results in university grades; 

• Basic Chinese Knowledge Will Be an Advantage and Is Highly Sought After (The Basic Chinese Knowledge Can Be Self-Thought, But Wrongfully Describing Oneself for Basic Chinese Knowledge Without Fundamental Basic Conversational Skills Will Lead to Dis-Qualification);
• Fresh Graduates or Individuals with Up to Five Year of Experience Are Encouraged to Apply;
• Trustworthy, Highly Ethical and Disciplined in Terms or Work Ethics;
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills;
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills;
• Ability To Work Effectively in A Team Environment;
• Knowledge Of Relevant Engineering Software and Tools;
• Familiarity With Industry Regulations and Standards;
• Best Proficiency in AUTOCAD (Either Self-Thought or Learned Through University Courses or Other Course Centers)
• Familiarity With Archicad, Civil-3D, Infraworks and Other Software Abilities Necessary for Any Designer (Either Self-Thought or Learned Through University Courses or Other Course Centers)
• Willingness To Sign Up to Work in The Organization for A Minimum of Double the Training Period.
• We will work overtime when necessary for the project.
• Willing to travel aboard for work.

The Training Will Be a One Years Endeavor and All the Necessary Tools, Facilities and Salary Will Be Available to The Trainee During the Training and Practical Design Simulation S And Designs Will Be Made by The Trainers in Order to Ensure the Independent Design Ability of Trainees. Therefore, The Trainees Are Required to Sign Up to The Em ployer for A Period Of 3Years After the Training Period Ended.
