About the Role
Mereq Tech is seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our growing team in Addis Ababa. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage cross-functional teams, and drive business growth across our digital services — including software development, design, business process outsourcing (BPO), and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall company operations
Oversee project delivery, quality, and team performance
Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth
Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
Ensure financial health, accountability, and operational efficiency
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a managerial/leadership role
Strong knowledge of digital services (software, design, BPO, marketing)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
