Awra Amba Microfinance Institution S.C is a dynamic and fast-growing Microfinance Institution dedicated to improving the livelihoods of individuals and businesses through innovative, inclusive, and sustainable financial services. As part of our continued expansion and commitment to excellence, we invite qualified, competent, and passionate professionals to join our team in the following 12 positions.
Key Technical Skills & Qualifications:
- IFRS 9 & prudential regulatory reporting
- Asset-Liability Management (ALM)
- Treasury, liquidity, & tax management
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, strategy & statutory reporting
- Manage liquidity, capital adequacy
- Coordinate internal/external financial audits
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead the finance department
Job Qualification
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance
- Experience Required: 7+ years in banking/MFI, with 1+ years in finance Service (Division) head
- Duty Station: Head Office
- Salary/Allowance: 66,720 including Allowances
