Essential Function:

Job Position: Executive Secretary-I

Purpose of the Job: To ensure customer satisfaction through selling the bank’s products and services, collecting customer feedbacks, and promptly responding to customer queries.

Generic Functions:

• Provide the required assistance Executive Assistant
• Properly maintain important files/records and avail when required
• Engage in collaboration, and transparency work practices
• Adhere to internal control system and risk management program of the Bank
• Provide the concerned organ with timely, relevant, accurate, and complete reports on the plan performance
• Demonstrate the Bank’s code of conduct sell the bank’s good culture and corporate image to the public
• Provide services as per the service level agreement
• Contribute to the bank’s profitability as per the target set
• Handle other related generic activities as deemed necessary

Specific Functions:

• Manage the office environment and keeping office area neat and tidy
• Maintain schedules & calendars for appointments, track CEO schedules, appointments
• Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
• Prepare and manage correspondences, reports and documents
• Reviewing files and records to answer requests for information
• Properly handle and act accordingly the incoming mails and other materials
• Set up and maintain files and records and retrieve documents and reference materials
• Receive and interact with incoming visitors & external clients
• Liaise with internal staff at all levels

Job Requirement:

• Qualification: BA/Diploma in Administrative Office Management, Secretarial Science and Office Management or any other related fields
• Experience: Five/Seven/5/7 years of relevant experience in Secretarial jobs
