Job Summary

Electro Mechanical Maintenance Service Team Leader is responsible for planning, organizing and monitoring of electrometrical maintenance activities. The role holder is also responsible for controlling, supervising, operating and managing proper functioning of all electrical mechanical system. He/she will also control, supervise, operate and manage the inspection, installation and maintenance of alternative power systems.

About You

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Relevant professional qualifications and certifications are added advantage.

Experience in electro Mechanical equipment maintenance and repairs.
Expertise in developing and managing maintenance planning.
Deep understanding of both electrical and mechanical system.
Strong ability to identify, diagnosis, and resolve electrical & mechanical faults.
Expertise in creating, implementing, and managing preventive maintenance schedules and maintenance techniques to reduce downtime.
Project management skills.

Leadership and people management including performance management, coaching & mentoring.
Demonstrated business acumen – able to create strategy and actions that impact business success.
High-level interpersonal and cross-cultural skills, including ability to build consensus, alliances and collaborative relationships with sensitivity to diversity/inclusion.
Creativity and innovation skills, with ability to use technology and other modern tools to drive decision making and implementation.
